Privacy policy
Last updated 24 September 2026
This policy explains what VoxVision collects when you use our website and Premiere Pro panel.
Information we collect
We collect your email address to create and manage your account. The service also stores a random device identifier for each connected computer, your plan, and usage hours so we can apply plan limits and show account usage.
If you contact us, we receive the details you include in your message. The website may receive basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the service.
Information that stays on your computer
Your voiceovers, Premiere projects, and footage remain on your PC. VoxVision does not upload these files. If you add your own stock footage API keys, they are stored in Windows Credential Manager on your computer.
Cloud AI matching
With cloud AI matching (included in Pro and Max), the text of your script sentences is sent through VoxVision's server to OpenAI, which suggests search words for stock footage. Only the sentence text and your niche words are sent - not your audio, video, or project. VoxVision does not store the text. Under OpenAI's API terms it is not used to train their models.
The default setting, Automatic, uses AI on your own computer when a local AI model (Ollama) is running, and cloud AI only on Pro and Max when it is not. Choose Keyword in the plugin's Settings to keep all script text on your PC. Do not use cloud AI for material you are not allowed to share with a service provider.
Service providers
Supabase provides account and authentication services and runs VoxVision's server functions. Netlify hosts the website and may process information submitted through website forms. OpenAI provides cloud AI matching. Pexels and Pixabay provide stock footage under their own terms: VoxVision's server sends them your search words, and the clips you use are downloaded from them directly to your computer.
Retention and your choices
We keep account and usage records while needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes. On your account page you can download everything we store about you and delete your account; you can also ask us to correct account information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
